Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge and has a natural
willingness to delight customers.

We are looking to recruit committed individuals to handle inbound telephone calls in a modern friendly contact centre on behalf of our varied and stimulating range of clients.

Must have following qualities / requirements-Ability to type over 30 words per minuteKnowledge of using computers (basic level)Familiarity with using the internetFamiliarity with using emailGood language and communication skillsLive no more than a 10 mile radius of Sittingbourne in KentCan drive as limited public transport to locationPrevious customer service / call centre or reception experienceGood spelling and grammar

We are offering full-time office hour work with overtime opportunities.

Our primary requirement is a commitment to deliver a first class service to our clients with excellent personality and attention to detail.In return you will receive a good basic salary starting at £5.50 per hour, rising to £6.65.

We also have various achievable bonus schemes and basic healthcare schemes.We have modern pleasant offices set in a superb location with gardens opposite, swimming pool and gym on site.

£6.85 per hour (full / part time)
