This is the ideal opportunity for a qualified applicant who is keen to move their career onwards and upwards with a view to becoming a salaried Partner before too long.

Our client

A growing Kent based firm which invests heavily in its' staff and infrastructure and are know for their friendly nature and appreciation of the work/life balance.

The role

You will be working alongside an existing Manager and reporting to a Partner.

You responsibilities will include:

Staff supervision and support
Client portfolio management
WIP management
Accounting and Taxation services to the largely SME client base
Business development/Marketing - face to face meetings with clients and other professionals to encourage referrals and new business

Experience & skills required

You will be qualified with considerable practice experience and looking for a managerial role with progression.

A mix of personal and corporate tax experience and solid accounting expertise is needed.
