Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual who enjoys a challenge and has a natural willingness to delight customers.

We are looking to recruit committed individuals to work night shifts in our 24/7 operation handling inbound telephone calls in a modern friendly contact centre on behalf of our varied and stimulating range of clients.

You will need to have a flexible approach to the hours as training will normally take place during the day.

Must have following qualities / requirements-Ability to type over 30 words per minute Knowledge of using computers (basic level)Familiarity with using the internet Familiarity with using email Good language and communication skills Live no more than a 10 mile radius of Sittingbourne in Kent Can drive as limited public transport to location Previous customer service / call centre or reception experience Good spelling and grammar.

Our primary requirement is a commitment to deliver a first class service to our clients with excellent personality and attention to detail.
