My client is an established, forward thinking world leading Engineering Company who is currently looking for an experienced HSE Manager with immediate effect.

The ability to demonstrate working experience in Health & Safety is a necessity.

It would be a distinct advantage if the successful candidate had multi-site Management experience and had worked within an Industrial, Manufacturing or Construction environment.

NEBOSH Certificate or a Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental or related management/engineering field is essential.

Essential skills;

Experience of implementing an Occupational Health and Safety system within a construction environment

Working within a large company and used to Matrix form of management

Team player able to get help and support from people outside direct line of control

Passionate belief in the benefits of a H&S policy being adopted as one of the building blocks of a companies business practices

A combination of champion, coach and mentor in establishing the systems
Task and detail orientated
