An Electro-Optics team leader is required to work for an established company in Thanet.

This client has developed and patented a large range of electro-optical technologies.

Due to its success the company has developed a dedicated electro-optics team within the engineering department.

The main duties involved in this role will include:

Motivated and managing the team to take products from conception to production.

To provide technical support to Sales and Marketing and Operations Functions and to become the companies technical reference with regards to its range of electro-optical products.

The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 5 years experience of developing products using Electro-optical technologies

Have at least 2 years experience of managing a team of engineers
Have experience of modern technologies and tools associated with electro-optical product design.

Be educated to a post-graduate level in either electronics or Physics

Excellent package is on offer for the right candidate.
