Apex Recruitment are looking for a Customer Services advisor for our client, a Freight Forwarding Company based in Erith, near Dartford in Kent.

The candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and good keyboard skills. Training will be provided in all aspects of the Company’s business and the role will involve considerable customer liaison including providing sales quotations and dealing with customers queries. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Benefits will include company pension, life insurance, use of staff canteen and discretionary bonus scheme.
