R Durtnell and Sons Ltd, a leading building contractor with a portfolio of
‘Blue-Chip’ clients; specialising in prestigious contracts, is seeking to
appoint an experienced individual to the position of Contracts Manager.

This extremely ‘hands on’ role, will be to lead and manage our team of Site
Managers.

Actively monitoring and controlling all aspects of current
building contracts ensuring on time completion to exacting workmanship
standards all within budget whilst maintaining positive relationships with
our clients.

You will have a strong knowledge of the construction industry, possess a
level of confidence that only experience brings, be able to negotiate and
influence people at all levels, be able to generate new business, have
strong management and motivational skills, be highly competent in the
programming of work and have appropriate construction qualifications with a knowledge of the standard building contracts.
