Main Duties:Customer Account Management

·Day to day handling of major distribution accounts, including monitoring, account development, stock profiling, defining future customer needs, pricing

· Maintenance of service accounts

·Relationship management, network awareness

Sales

·Sales targets/ Objectives

·Contribution to sales turnover through individually owned accounts

·Identify & contact new business

·Follow up of leads

General duties:

Customer service (inbound & outbound) covering during busy periods.

Personal skills:

Good communicator
Problem solving
Ability to understand the complexity of the market place
Independent thinker
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel & word
Well organised
Solid educational background; ‘A’ Levels or equivalent would be preferred.

Experience preferred:

Technical background, sales in IT equipment (design / specification)
Customer account management
Experience in dealing with Export accounts

Benefits:

20 days holiday per annum, increasing by one day per year after the second year’s full service, to a maximum of 25 days.
